CDT (Carbohydrate-Deficient Transferrin) in Serum - On-Line Analysis

This ClinRep® Complete Kit provides on-line HPLC analysis of CDT with an injection interval of 9.5 min only. Manual sample preparation is not required, but is performed via a special HPLC precolumn, on which the serum matrix is separated from the analytes. Prior to the injection, the samples are diluted and incubated ("sample pretreatment", see below). The analytical method widely complies with the candidate reference method of the IFCC-CDT-WG* and ensures a reliable separation of all clinically relevant transferrin-isoforms (a-, mono-, di-, …, hexasialotransferrin). *Working group of the IFCC for the international standardisation of CDT measurement. |
